Grapple Games 4 lived up to the hype and we bore witness to not one but two new champions but before we get to that lets look at what else went down. 4
The Scoop Def. Jack Morris.
In the biggest upset of the night, The Scoop picked up the W in singles contest versus Jack Morris. Jack who boosted an extremely impressive resume from all around the world was visably annoyed post-match at the result and way laid, not just The Scoop but his Tag Team Partner - AJ Scraggs.
Zozaya Def JB
JB interrupted processing to declare that he should be the main event. Claiming that e/veryone else had earned their way to the Grapple Games except Zozaya who was granted the Wild Card spot. Zozaya accepted the singles match with the winner advancing to the manin event. After it was all said and done, Zozaya would come out victorious and retain his place in the Grapple games main event.
James Ellis & Harrison Bennett Def This is Gangland
In an excellent back and forth match, The welsh duo overcame The Compton Natives, by way of Dublin and Bray respectively to pick up a win in their FFPW debut.
Rich Swann & LJ Cleary Def. The Saviors of Destiny. (NEW Irish Tag Team Champions)
Original setup as a non-title exhibition match between the Irish Tag Team Champions and the FPW World Champions. The stakes quickly increased as Rich Swann and LJ Cleary issued the challenge for a winner takes all championship match which the Saviors accepted.
It was the first time the Saviors had completed as a team in quite some time and it showed as miscommunication was clear between Andy Steel and Owen Richards, who after one mistake to many fell to the NEW Irish Tag Team Champions Rich Swann and LJ Cleary.
Gallachini Def. El Torro
In singles contest, Gallachini overcame his Spanish counterpart to continue his impressive winning streak in FFPW.
Grapple Games Main Event: Zozaya Def. Michael May, CBL, Omari, Renzo Rose and Fabio.
The main event featured a star studed field that would be hard beat by any other main event picture in Europe or the world. Six top athletes in a free for all, one fall to a finish. The match was everything and more with all participants looking like they could win at giving points.
In the end, we crowned a NEW Irish Junior Heavyweight Champion in Zozaya. Who made his professional wrestling debut at Episode 1. Now at Episode 40, we are living in the Zozaya era.
